Refund and Cancellation Policy for Finwiser

1. Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to refunds and cancellations for services provided by Finwiser. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by this policy.

2. Nature of Services

Finwiser primarily provides a platform to connect users with financial advisors and facilitate comparisons of financial products. Our services are primarily informational and advisory in nature.

3. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Fees charged for accessing our platform or utilizing our advisory services are non-refundable.
  • Product-Specific Refunds: If a financial product or services purchased through our platform is subject to a refund, the refund process will be governed by the terms and conditions of the respective financial institution and not by Finwiser.
  • Error Refunds:   In case of erroneous charges, Finwiser will initiate a refund upon verification of the error. Users must report any erroneous charges within 7 days of the transaction date to be eligible for a refund, Then Refund will be processed within 7 working days 

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Free Services: Users can cancel their free account at any time without any charges or penalties.
  • Paid Services: For paid services, specific cancellation terms may apply. These terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. *Advisor 
  • Standard Cancellations: Users can cancel paid subscriptions or services before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. Refunds for unused portions of the current billing cycle may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific service and time of cancellation. Users must request a cancellation at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to be eligible for a potential partial refund. (Processed Within 7 days)
  • Advisor Cancellation: If a financial advisor wishes to terminate their association with Finwiser, specific terms and conditions may apply, including notice periods and potential financial implications.

  • Force Majeure: Finwiser reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, war, or other uncontrollable events.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Rajasthan].

6. Modifications

Finwiser reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
